Packet meaning any cans or jars or sachets of spices, sauces, pastas,rice etc Any premade or assembled food.

The only packet stuff I buy is the Asia Gourmet curry pastes. But if it's the weekend I'll make it from scratch.

The recipe on the woolworths website is pretty decent.
I managed to make it taste the same as the stuff I used to buy from the indian place at dinsdale

That recipe looks very similar to what I've tried, though I marinated mine in a spice and yoghurt mix...I'll definitely be giving it a try.

I used to be able to raise and lower my heartrate at will. Not by much, and not for long, and it was mentally exhausting to do, but still cool.

Also the longest i ever held my breath was for 4 minutes. And I did it sitting at the bottom of a pool to prove I wasnt cheating.
