I have lost 13kg (down to 90kg) without starving myself, I have given up smoking while losing weight, and I have grown a mighty beard.

I gave up smoking gained a shit load of weight but have now lost it again... kinda, I'm still going to lose more.

I got pregnant and lost a shit load of weight, but I'm pretty sure it'll be back within months.

It will and depending on the sex of the child... it will appear on your ass and thighs or your tummy...

Psalter how did you get the weight off? I'm assuming fitness? What was your activity of choice?

I have put on almost 10 kg in a year, thanks to unemployment and ill-health keeping me from being as active as usual. Also this meant I have been home a lot more, this in turn meaning I have been overly domestic and a baking goddess. I understand that whole "never trust a skinny cook" thing now.
I'm nowhere near overweight though, so I don't care about the scales. But as my health is now much better I have been getting back into my running. Well it's more like a jog/walk/waddle. But I'm finding I'm enjoying it and love that I feel healthier. I need the cardio.

Weight watchers points diet... it adjusts the way you look at portion sizes making for a great "life long" diet. No, not fitness, I'm too lazy for that.

Oh, I (wrongly) thought not starving yourself meant you didn't diet.
But I can see how it's more of a lifestyle change thing, and has a much better chance of long term success. Cool.
I also didn't pick you as being lazy. Dunno why.

It could be that I look like I could be into fitness stuff. But apart from just before my wedding, I have never really been one for the gym... but that was where I put on most of my weight in the first place... 15kg of it actually. I got a little too into it and bulked up a bit much... then when the membership expired it went to fat.

I weigh 71.6kg and have 14% body fat.

I can't really afford to loose weight.

I could quit smoking. I got my blood pressure tested the other day and it's really high. I'm going to die when I'm in my 40's apparently if I don't get that sorted.

Not really in a position to grow a beard.

Only have one HP, and that has deferred payment and interest free for another year... I have more than it is worth in the bank. No problem there.

So I guess I have to quit smoking. (I quit for a year and then started again sadly... coming up on 8 months that I've been filthy)
