Sometimes, just occasionally, an articulate, intelligent person with good general and specialist knowledge, can be wrong, while a not-so-intelligent person with very poor skills of persuasion, and unfortunately misplaced beliefs, can be right. True or false?

Nothing specific at all. I just remember many times over the years thinking what a shame it is when I agree with people's conclusions, but not with their poor arguments. They do their cause an extreme disservice, reinforcing opposing views the more they talk.
