No, not very true. There is some truth in it, but it has a logic fail: Person A gets bored, and is therefore boring. Person B does not get bored, so would therefore not find person A to be boring.
In reality, of course some people are more interesting than others, although there is an element of subjectivity to it. And there are extreme circumstances were those who don't normally get bored, might eventually.
I only once said I was bored as a child. A parent told me "No you aren't. What you mean is that you have so many options of things to do that you don't know which to choose." The parent was right - I'd probably used the word because I heard so many others using it.

Call it whatever you like. But I always start work at 8am. I love the quiet time before the masses wake up. I used to often cycle 25 to 75km in the early morning, and on my way home, cooling down, I'd see peeps come to the letter box in their slippers and dressing gowns to get their early morning paper. That always felt good.
