I've been overpaid. 3 months in a row, despite payroll being told about it 3 times already. Seeing as they have been informed time and time again, should I be allowed to keep it? I reckon I should just for the annoyance factor. Ha.

3 times in a row sounds like a payment trend to me. I would say you could probably argue that you told them the first time but they didnt stop so you decided you got a deserved pay rise hahaha
